5-MINUTE TORTILLA PIZZA

You mention the word pizza and I'm in! Top 5 favorite foods, for sure. Luckily many places make gluten free pizza now, including the chain restaurants, but these are so easy to make at home in 5 minutes and you won't be waiting an hour for delivery! Most of these ingredients I keep in my fridge all the time and they are so customizable for everyone in the family! Use what you have or what you like!

What You'll Need:

• Burrito sized tortillas (Siete is my favorite!)

• Marinara sauce or pesto (or both!)

• Mozzarella cheese

• Fresh shredded Parmesan

• Toppings of choice

• Italian seasoning

• Crushed red pepper

• Olive oil

• Fresh basil, for garnish

How To:

≥≥ In a pan on the stove, heat up a little bit of olive oil drizzled in the pan over medium to medium high heat. Place your tortilla down.

≥≥ Spread the tortilla with marinara sauce, pesto or both! I love doing both, personally! Top it with a generous amount of mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings. I did turkey pepperoni! Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper.

≥≥ Let it cook for about 5-minutes or until crispy on the bottom and your toppings are melted together. Make sure the pizza isn't floppy - that's when you know it's done! It should be crispy on the bottom and hold its own.

≥≥ Top with freshly shredded Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.

Enjoy!
