ASIAN NOODLE SOUP

It has been FREEZING here in Oklahoma! We've been dealing with snow, sleet and ice storms galore. So I knew it was the perfect time for one of my favorite soups that's ready in just 10 minutes. Yep! 10 minutes. This isn't traditional pho, but it's minimal ingredients and the Ocean's Halo broth is a dynamite broth that tastes like it's been cooking for hours! I love topping mine with garlic chili paste, cilantro, green onion, and a lime wedge. It'll warm you right up!

What You'll Need:

Lotus Foods Rice Ramen, 2 bricks of noodles

• 4-5 green onions, chopped

• 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced thin

• 1-2 tbsp gluten free soy sauce or tamari

• 1 tsp toasted sesame oil

• Fresh cracked pepper

• Cilantro, Garlic Chili Paste & Lime Wedge, for garnish if desired

How To:

≥≥ In a pot on the stove, pour the box of Ocean's Halo Pho Broth and bring it to a boil.

≥≥ Once it's boiling, add in your green onion, mushrooms, gluten free soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and pepper.

≥≥ Once it comes back to a boil after a few minutes, drop your noodles in and cook until they are al dente. Pull off the heat and serve in a bowl and top with your toppings!

Enjoy!
