BERRY CHOCOLATE HEARTS

You did it! 7 days of Valentine's Dinner! Of course we had to end it with a sweet treat! Berries and chocolate are one of the ultimate combos, to me. This one looks and feels elegant without much effort or any baking. Side note: these don't have to be done in a silicone heart mold (although cute and inexpensive), they can be done in a cupcake liner in a muffin tin, too.

What You'll Need:

• Heart Silicone Mold

• 8 oz Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate (I used Baker's Bark)

• 2 cups mixed fresh berries

• 1 tsp honey

• Whip Cream

How To:

≥≥ In a bowl, in the microwave, melt your chocolate on 30 second intervals until completely melted. Be careful to not burn it. Mine took about a minute and a half total. Make sure it's completely melted and pourable.

≥≥ Distribute the chocolate between your heart molds. Using a spoon, push some of the chocolate up onto the sides of the mold so that the bottom and sides are completely covered in chocolate.

≥≥ This part will be messy and that's ok! Pour out any remaining chocolate back into your bowl. Pop the mold into the refrigerator for a few until completely hardened.

≥≥ In a separate bowl. Add in your fresh berries. I did chopped strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. Add your honey in and stir to combine.

≥≥ Once the chocolate hearts are solid, carefully remove them from the tray. Place a spoonful of your berry mixture into the hearts. Top with your favorite whip cream and shave a little extra chocolate bark on top.

Enjoy!
