I'm 1000% already planning my food set up for the Super Bowl in a week and a half! I'm obnoxiously obsessed with football, but we can all agree snacks are the best part of any football get together! You're going to want to make my Pizza Dip with Canyon Bakehouse Gluten Free Bagel Crisps! You guys know I love Canyon Bakehouse - I've been eating their products for nearly a decade. I love that their products are made with clean and wholesome ingredients. The quality, textures and flavors are unmatched! Fair warning: if you make this, you will be asked to make this for your people from now until forever! Their bagels make the perfect bagel crisps for this dip!
What You'll Need:
• 1 package Canyon Bakehouse Deli White Bagels
• 1 block cream cheese
• 2 cups pizza sauce
• 1-2 cups shredded mozzarella
• 1 cup fresh shredded Parmesan
• Olive Oil
• Pizza Toppings (pepperoni, veggies, sausage, etc.)
• 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
• Garlic Salt
• Fresh cracked pepper
How To:
≥≥ Preheat your oven to 400º. Slice your bagels into thin pieces. Don't worry about them being perfect, they will toast up all the same. Get them onto a nonstick or lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper. Get them into the oven for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Watch them closely so they don't burn.
≥≥ In a bowl, soften your cream cheese for 30 seconds in the microwave. Then add in your oregano, Italian seasoning, onion powder, red pepper flakes, some garlic salt and pepper. Add in your fresh basil and 1/4 cup fresh Parmesan and stir to combine.
≥≥ In a cast iron or oven safe dish, add in your cream cheese mixture. Top with your pizza sauce. On top of that, add on your shredded mozzarella and remaining Parmesan. Top with your pizza toppings - I did turkey pepperoni and pepperoncini. Sprinkle with a little more of your Italian seasoning.
≥≥ Pop into the 400º oven for 15 minutes or so until melted and bubbling. Turn the oven on broil and broil the dish for 2-3 minutes (if your dish is broil safe) to let the top get browned and bubbly.
≥≥ Serve with your gluten free bagel crisps and dig in!
