POWER BALLS

One thing about me is I'm gonna snack! I love a good snack and these are one of my favorites! Not only do they keep you full - but they take five minutes to make, require no baking time and are packed with great nutrients. I'm not super big on measurements with these, you really have to measure with your heart, because they are easily adjustable. They are so customizable with whatever add-ins you like, but this is my favorite way to make them! Make them at the beginning of the week and get them into a sealed container and in the fridge - you'll have a great snack to grab for any time during the week!

What You'll Need:

• 2 heaping spoonfuls of almond butter

• 2 tbsp honey

• 1 cup gluten free oats (these are my favorite!)

• 2 tsp chia seeds

• 2 tsp hemp hearts

• 1/4 cup shredded coconut

• Mini Chocolate Chips (I love these!), measure with your heart

• Dash of salt

• Sprinkle of cinnamon

• Sprinkle of allspice

How to:

≥≥ In a microwave safe bowl, heat the peanut butter and honey together until melty, about 30 seconds or so.

≥≥ Mix together and add in the rest of the ingredients. Stir everything together and form gall ball size balls (or whatever your preferred size is)

≥≥ Store in a sealable container in the fridge for up to a week.

Get your snack on!
