SMOOTHIE BOWL

I love a good smoothie, but I especially love them in bowls! I love to order açaí bowls when I'm out and about but they can get expensive. I keep most of these ingredients on hand between my freezer and pantry so it can be easy to whip up when I'm craving one! Tip: please, please, please use all frozen fruit in your smoothies! You're going to get such a better texture and flavor. Adding ice is an icee, not a smoothie. These are totally customizable, use what fruit you like!

What You'll Need:

• 1/4 cup frozen mango

• 1/2 frozen banana

• 1/4 cup frozen pineapple

• 1/4 cup frozen raspberries

• 1/2-1 cup dairy free milk, I love vanilla almond milk!

• Gluten free granola, for topping

• Fresh fruit, for topping

• Chia seeds, for topping

• Almond slivers, for topping

• Hemp Hearts, for topping

• Honey

How To:

≥≥ Get your fruit and milk into a blender. Start small on the milk you can always add more as you go! I like a thick smoothie, especially if it's going in a bowl. Blend it to the consistency you like.

≥≥ Top with chopped fresh fruit. I try to use what I'm putting in my bowl, but really anything works. Add a sprinkle of gluten free granola, chia seeds, almonds, hemp hearts and a drizzle of honey!

The perfect start to any day!
